I am clinging on to peach season with all of my might right now. I love fresh summer fruits, and peaches are at the top of my list! But, I only like to eat them when they are firm. So, once they get a little squishy, I use them for recipes. And, this Easy Peach Hand Pie Recipe is hands down, one of my favorite easy recipes for peaches!

You will need to peel your peaches for this recipe. That is probably the most difficult part of making these little treats! I boiled them in a pot of water for about 5 minutes. Remove the peaches and the skin should just slide right off. And, you can save the water to make a peach simple syrup.
