And that meant we had a BUNCH of brown bananas in the kitchen. So, I baked some banana bread, and I am excited to share this Easy Banana Bread Recipe.

Best Banana Bread Recipe
I prefer to bake my banana bread, and a lot of my baked goods, without oil. I typically use regular apple sauce instead of oil, but, I really like cinnamon apple sauce for banana bread.
And, homemade banana bread is really super easy to make. In fact, my kids make it all the time, they never use a box mix to make it. Sometimes they use old brown bananas, other times they use ripe yellow ones. And, it really doesn’t make the bread or muffins taste any different.
I love the way fresh banana bread makes my house smell too! It’s almost as good as baking cookies! (These homemade peanut butter cookies are a family favorite!)

- Bananas
- Apple Sauce
- Brown Sugar
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Eggs
- Jackson Morgan Southern Cream – Banana Pudding Cream
Boozy Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas Old and Over-ripe
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce
- 6 TBS Jackson Morgan Southern Cream – Banana Pudding Cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350* and grease a loaf pan.
Mix ingredients well, and pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Test to make sure it is fully baked with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the loaf is ready!
