Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread Recipe. It is officially baking season, and I have been baking like a mad woman. My boys LOVE banana bread {and so do I}, and they love peanut butter banana smoothies…so, I decided to try making peanut butter cup banana bread. We call it the Elvis Loaf.
I recently found a recipe for banana bread that I really like, but I tweaked a few things to make it fit our family a little more.
Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread Shopping List:
Bananas
Apple Sauce
Eggs
Brown Sugar
Milk
Baking Soda
Flour
Chopped Reese’s Cups
Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas Old and Over-ripe
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
- 3 TBS Milk
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter Cups Chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350* and grease a loaf pan.
Mix ingredients well, and pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Test to make sure it is fully baked with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, the Elvis Loaf is ready!
