Y’all, I bought a HUGE box of peaches from The Peach Truck. And, while I love, love, love fresh peaches, I can only eat so many. Also, I don’t super love peach cobbler or frozen peaches. This left me in a quandary. I shared what felt like a metric ton of peaches, yet, I still had so.many.peaches.left. So, I did what any peach loving Southerner would do with left over peaches in the middle of a heat wave, I made Peach Sherbet. The best three ingredient sherbet recipe ever! It’s so easy to make, it’s hardly a recipe.
The Best Three Ingredient Sherbet Recipe
Sherbet is such a refreshing treat on a hot summer afternoon. Traditionally it’s made with cream and fruit juice, but I used fresh fruit. And, since it has fresh fruit, I feel better about eating several bowls a day. Just kidding, kinda.
This sherbet recipe is so easy, and with just three ingredients, it won’t break the bank.

Fresh Peaches – It’s ok if they are a little over ripe
Jackson Morgan Southern Cream – Peaches and Cream
Peaches and Cream Sherbet
Ingredients
- 3-4 Fresh Peaches Cut
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Oz Jackson Morgan Southern Cream - Peaches and Cream
Instructions

Peal and cut peaches.
Pour condensed milk and Jackson Morgan Southern Cream into blender jug. Add cut peaches.
Blend until peaches are incorporated into the milk and cream.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan and freeze overnight.
