I didn’t realize how often we went to the movies until this past year. So, since most of us will be home on Valentine’s Day, we will stream a movie and have a Valentine’s Day Party at home, complete with fresh warm popcorn, glass bottles of Coke, and cake!

Movie Parties
We have had lots of movie nights, outside with our extended family. This Outdoor Movie Night Party we had for my nephew’s birthday was a ton of fun!
But, this time, we are surprising the kids and setting up a little movie studio at our office, and bringing in dinner to enjoy together.
Valentine’s Day Party At Home
I wanted to make sure the space will work for our movie night, so I pre-set the dessert table and brought one of our projectors to the office. (We have this one and this one from Amazon – Affiliate link) So, now, when we go to the office on Valentine’s Day, we can find a comfy spot and enjoy our movie night!
I found some inexpensive Valentine’s Day decorations and added them to the front and above one of my studio tables. I also added an oversized piece of red gingham burlap on the table.
Next, I placed our (Amazon link) Nostalgia Electrics popcorn machine on the table. We have had that machine for more than 10 years and it still works like a charm. Then, I added a simple white cake to the table and some small glass bottles of Coke. Our whole family loves Coca Cola in small glass bottles, so this will be a real treat. Finally, I added some plush heart decorations, Valentine’s Day cups, plates, and popcorn buckets to the table with fun heart shaped color changing straws.
I cannot wait to celebrate at the movies with my guys this Valentine’s Day!
