The Best Homemade Dog Treats

Dog Bone Recipe

My son has spent so much time in the kitchen cooking and baking. And, he is an amazing cook, but, I can only eat so much. Don’t get me wrong, I love treats, but I am turning into the Very Hungry Caterpillar. So, I asked him if he would make the pups homemade dog treats. And, guys, my dogs bark for them when they walk past the counter!

Dog Treats

We already make our dogs homemade dog food. When we first rescued Ed he wouldn’t eat much. So, I made him chicken and rice dog food, now, he’s a spoiled baby and has a homemade breakfast and dinner each day.

And, we have made the pups dog treats and tried a lot of dog biscuit recipes. But, they are a little on the picky, and, frankly, spoiled side, so they didn’t love them.

This recipe is super easy and makes the best homemade dog treats my fur babies have ever had. And, one batch is enough to feed the whole dog park!
