My mom and my sister love, love, love mimosas and bellinis. I am not a huge fan of a traditional mimosa, but I do love a splash of sparkling wine in my lemonade from time to time. And, since I am trying really hard not to let anything go to waste right now, I decided to add a little prosecco to my raspberry lemonade and use frozen raspberries instead of ice cubes. It was truly an Easy Mimosa Recipe. If you can even call it a recipe.

What is a Mimosa?
A mimosa is a delicious chilled cocktail made with champagne and chilled citrus drink. It’s typically served in a champagne flute for showers, weddings, or brunch parties.
I don’t care for traditional orange juice mimosas, so I use lemonade. I’m also cheap, and I use prosecco instead of a more expensive champagne.
Some of my favorite mimosa recipes are this Creamy Orange Pineapple Mimosa Recipe and this Easy Fall Mimosa Recipe.
How to make a mimosa
This is truly a simple, delicious, and elegant cocktail. It’s perfect for small or large events, or just to enjoy by yourself.
You only need three ingredients to make this crisp twist on the brunch cocktail classic. Sparkling Wine, raspberry lemonade, and fresh frozen raspberries. I like my drinks really cold, so I added a little ice too!
Impress your guests and freeze champagne flutes (Amazon Affiliate Link – these glasses are similar to what I have) overnight before your event. I actually keep all of our glassware in the freezer all the time. There is nothing better than an ice cold drink in a frozen glass.
Fill your glass with a few frozen raspberries, and add 1 part raspberry lemonade to one part prosecco.
