Farm Fresh Flowers SVG

Fresh Flowers. Guys, I love farmhouse style, I love fresh flowers…(and fake ones I can get on Amazon). I love things that make my home feel a little less like a frat house, and a lot more like a cozy home.

The Flower Bucket:

I saw this bucket in the Target Dollar Spot recently, and I grabbed it…not fully knowing what I would do with it. But, as I was decorating my mantel for Valentine’s Day, I decided that bucket would be perfect for flowers. I threw my Amazon roses in the bucket and it looked good, but not great. So, I quickly made a farmhouse style SVG for the bucket. Then, I cut some vinyl, and stuck it on the front of the bucket! It was super easy to do and took less than 5 minutes!

Supplies:

Cricut

Vinyl

Transfer Tape

Bucket

Real or Fake Flowers {linking to the ones I’ve had for a year and LOVE}

Step 1:

Purchase the SVG, and upload it to Design Space. Size it to fit your bucket.

Step 2:

Prepare the cutting mat and cut the vinyl.

Step 3:

Weed the excess vinyl.

Step 4:

Apply transfer tape over the vinyl and smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles.

Step 5:

Apply the vinyl to the bucket and, again, smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles.

Step 6:

Add flowers to the bucket. If you are using real flowers, place them in a vase or cup of water and place the whole thing in the bucket. You may need to add two or three vases. If you use the fake flowers, you may need to add dried rice or beans to the bucket to help stabilize the flowers stems.
