Easy No Sew Party Banner
I love, love, love pennant party banners! But, I hate, hate, hate sewing. I always tangle up the bobbin, and say words I shouldn’t. It’s ugly. So, I rarely sew anything. So, because of that, I have learned how to make party banners without sewing! This no sew party banner is so easy just about anyone could make it in just a few minutes.
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional.
DIY Party Banner
I wanted to have coordinating pink and aqua banners for the What Whale it Be? shoot I styled, but, again, I don’t sew. I also couldn’t find a pre-made one in the right colors for a price I was willing to pay.
Make Your Own Pennant Banner
I used three colorful banners for my Ice Cream Stand without any customization. However, I wanted to customize the banners for the baby shower. Again, I used my Cricut to cut HTV text to press onto the pennant flags. I used the King Basil font to match the party printables. How cute would it be to make a banner with the baby’s name on it for the new parents to hang in the nursery?
Check out this post for detailed instructions for using the EasyPress 2 to customize a project.
Supplies for No Sew Custom Party Banner:
I used my Cricut Maker to cut felt triangles for the banners. {You could totally cut them by hand too}. Once the Maker was done cutting the felt, I hot glued cotton ribbon across the top of each pennant. It was literally that easy!
Once the banners were glued together, I used my EasyPress 2 to press text on to some of the pennants in the banner.
That’s it! Super easy, and totally adorable!
