We are hosting our second Friendsgiving dinner this weekend, and I am so very excited. I love to spend time with friends that have become family. But, we had to squeeze in our time together this weekend, so I pre-set most of the Friendsgiving Dinner Table this week.

Friendsgivng Ideas
Last year we hosted our first Friendsgiving Dinner, and it was so wonderful. And, like last year, we chose to keep our guest list small and intimate. It allows us to truly reconnect with our friends.
When you host a Friendsgiving party, it’s really important to have fun! You don’t need to create a special menu, or have a fancy meal catered. Since it is a super busy season for us, I decided to order a Thanksgiving meal kit from our local grocery store. It was easier than shopping for the food and making it all, and more affordable than a traditional catered meal. Last year, we made a simple meal. Next year, we may just serve heavy appetizers and invite more friends.
Friendsgiving Table
I pre-set our table this week. I layered textures for visual interest and pops of color.
A colorful runner was placed down the middle of the table. Then, I filled lanterns with small pumpkins and flameless candles. A beautiful ceramic turkey was placed in the center of the table.
Each place setting was set with a woven charger topped with a dinner and salad plate. I added fun Friendsgiving paper napkins from Two Funny Girls and another small pumpkin on each place setting as well. Disposable Friendsgiving cups, also from Two Funny Girls, were placed next to the plates as well.
Our table is ready and so are we! Will you celebrate Friendsgiving this year?
