Bridal Party Gift Ideas.  I am thrilled to share several bridal party gift ideas today.  Cricut and Canon have teamed with several bloggers to share wedding inspiration over the next few weeks.  At the bottom of the post, I will share a link to enter to win a Canon and Cricut Wedding Crafting Bundle!

Everyday Party Magazine Bridal Party Gift Ideas
I created five different gift ideas.  Each gift took just a few minutes to make and cost less than $10!

Supplies:

Cricut
Cricut Vinyl (I used printable and gold foil)
Cricut Iron On Vinyl
Canon Printer
Small Champagne Bottles
Flasks
Champagne Glasses
Muslin Bags
Wooden Hangers
Optional: Canon Camera

I absolutely love using my Cricut to create custom party decor and gifts.  And, if you are among the millions of DIY brides, I cannot recommend a Cricut highly enough for ALL of your wedding planning!  Last week, I shared a shot of an engagement ring in a flower.  My friend is using that image for a lot of her wedding details.  I used it on a small bottle of champagne.

Champagne Bottles:

Champagne Bottles
Cricut
Canon Printer
Cricut Printable Vinyl
Cricut Gold Foil

First, I took the image, and uploaded it to my Cricut Design Space.  I cropped it to fit the champagne bottle as a wrap, and sent it to my Canon Pixma Printer, I printed it on Cricut Printable Vinyl.  Next, I typed the word Love and cut it using Cricut Gold Foil, then, I stuck each letter on the printable vinyl and applied it to the champagne bottles.  You could customize the text and image as you choose, but it is a simple way to personalize a gift.  The champagne bottles were about $17 for 4 bottles.  I used 1 sheet of printable vinyl (10 for $8ish), and scrap gold foil.  For less than $20, I had 4 beautiful, meaningful, and custom gifts!

Champagne Glasses:

Cricut
Cricut Gold Foil

I purchased several stemless champagne glasses from Pier 1, they were on clearance for about $3.50 a glass.  The glasses without the crackle effect are that price regularly, but my local store did not have those in stock when I went.  In Cricut Design Space, I wrote Bride and Bride Tribe.  I sent the text to the Cricut to cut.  Again, I used the Gold Foil.  Once it was cut, I used transfer tape and applied the text to the glasses.  This project took minutes to make, and cost about $4.50 for each glass.

Flasks:

Flasks
Cricut
Cricut Gold Foil

I LOVE these flasks!  I was not a flask carrier until I made these, now, I feel like I may have a flask making problem.  I want all the flasks! I picked my flasks up from Walmart for just $3 each! Like the other two projects, I typed my text in Cricut Design Space, but I also welded the letters and adjusted them some.  Once I was happy with the look, I sent it to the Cricut to cut.  I used gold foil for this project too to keep the gifts consistent, but I may not use it again on a stainless flask.   I wiped each flask clean before I applied the foil, and then, using transfer tape, I added the text to the flasks.  These gifts were about $4 each to make.

Muslin Gift Bags:

Muslin Bags
Cricut
Cricut Iron On Vinyl (I used dark grey and gold)

I actually stumbled on these little gift bags on clearance at Target for $2.50 for 4 bags.   These bags were perfect for my flasks, but they would also be fantastic bags for wedding day necessities (tums, gum, mini water bottles, Tylenol, etc.) Iron each bag prior to adding the iron on vinyl.  I chose to put names on my bags, but, I layered the iron on vinyl for a little depth.  Cut the names in two colors (be sure to mirror it).  Apply the first layer, this post has great step by step instructions.  Then, apply the second layer.  Turn the bag inside out, and iron for a few seconds.   These bags cost about $1(!!!) each to make, not including the filler.

Wooden Hangers:

Wooden Hangers
Cricut
Cricut Gold Foil

I purchased a 5 pack of wooden hangers at Walmart for about $4.50.  In Cricut Design Space, I wrote out Bride, Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, and the date of the wedding.  Then, I sent the text to cut.  Once all the text was weeded, I used transfer tape to apply the text to the hangers.  This project took minutes to make, and will be perfect for all of the dresses on the day of the wedding.  Each hanger cost about $1 to make.

Each gift was custom and thoughtful, and cost very little money to make.  Which is great when you are planning a wedding!  It’s Your Story, Make It Personal!
