Stick lollipop sticks into Rice Krispie squares (or stars, circles, etc.) and gently dip into melted candy melts. (Follow package directions) Then, dip into a shallow bowl of sprinkles.  Allow to dry on wax paper and then cover lollipop sticks with a coordinating paper straw.
