The Best BBQ Seasoning Recipe
We LOVE to grill this time of year. I mean, who wants to make the house any hotter by using the oven? Not this girl, I can promise you that. Since Summer Break started, we have grilled 3-4 nights a week. And, with all of that grilling, we are using a lot of BBQ seasoning. So much, in fact, we ran out of our favorite brand. Instead of running to the store, we decided to make our own BBQ rub, and we created the Best BBQ Seasoning Recipe, EVER!
Best BBQ Rub
Since we stumbled on the best bbq seasoning, we have completely quit buying the pre-made seasoning mixes from the store. We sprinkle it on chicken, burgers, and rub it on ribs. It’s good on veggies too! Plus, since we are making it ourselves, we can alter the flavor profile by adding more or less of one or two spices.
Shopping List for BBQ Seasoning
I bought all of my spices at a bulk store, I can typically buy better quality spices for less money than I can at a grocery store. However, I am linking all of the seasonings to Whole Foods/Amazon Prime Pantry, and those prices are pretty reasonable and include delivery!
I store all of my seasonings in Ball Canning Jars.
