The Best Homemade BBQ Sauce
I love BBQ. I could probably eat it every single day. My favorite BBQ place was in an old pink school bus on the NC/TN border. They served giant pulled pork sandwiches with amazing BBQ sauce to crowds of hungry tourists that just finished white water rafting. And, as much as I enjoyed rafting, I truly looked forward to the amazing BBQ sandwich. Sadly, they closed up after a few years, and I have been left wanting more. So, for a few years, I have been working on my own homemade BBQ Sauce, and I can definitively say, I created the very best homemade barbecue sauce!
Make the Best Barbecue Sauce
One of my favorite things about making bbq sauce is how darn easy it is to make. Add your ingredients into a heavy pot and simmer it. Truly, it’s that simple. Want it sweeter? Add more honey. Want it thicker? Add tomato paste. Want more kick? Add some pepper flakes. Homemade bbq sauce is so much better tasting than most of what you can buy on store shelves.
