By: My Sweet Things
Adapted from Miles Macquarrie’s Recipe
This whole week I am sharing favorite drink recipes from some of my closest friends, as well as our own “House Special”. You don’t want to miss any of these fabulous drink recipes, I promise, they are all that good!
Do you all follow My Sweet Things? I adore Kathi, and her amazing cakes, cupcakes, and cookies {and sense of humor}! When I asked her if she had a favorite summer drink recipe she would like to share, she JUMPED graciously offered to share her favorite recipe, Miller’s Cucumber Cooler! (Look for one more of her favorite recipes in the Fall issue of EPM)

- 1.5 oz Miller's Westbourne Gin
- .75 oz lime juice
- .75 oz cucumber juice (English cucumbers)
- .25 oz Martinique sugar can syrup
- Seltzer or club soda
- Pinch of salt
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Top with seltzer or club soda.
- Garnish with a couple of cucumber slices, and finish with a pinch of salt on top.
Kathi follows the step by step instructions found on Mile’s Macquerrie’s “Here’s How,and she insists that this recipe is worth the work…and looking at it, I will have to agree!
If you are local to the Atlanta area, or happen to be traveling through, I HIGHLY encourage you to order some sweets from My Sweet Things!!
