Caramel Cream Hot Cocoa

Caramel Cream Hot Cocoa.  Like so many others across the US, we are enjoying the first cold snap of the season.  Our highs this weekend were pretty cold by Florida standards, so the boys were eager to make some hot cocoa.  We have made crock pot hot cocoa, and it is so delicious, but for this weekend, we just broke out a package of pre-made cocoa.  We added tiny dried marshmallows, BUT we also added a Cow Tales Mini!  We stirred the cocoa with the Cow Tales and then tossed it into the hot cocoa.  The Cow Tales Mini added a creamy caramel flavor to the rich hot cocoa, and my boys now swear they won’t drink cocoa any other way!   We make our instant cocoa with milk and water, do you use all milk, all water, or a mix like we do?
