Super Bowl Snacks

Name: Mini Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients: 2 lbs Ground Beef; 1 package 24 Mini Slider Rolls; 8-10 Slices Cheese; 1/2 Stick Butter; 1 tsp Minced Garlic

It’s big game week, and I am so looking forward to the food and commercials! We typically make food to represent each team playing in the SuperBowl, as well as other easy to grab and eat party food and Super Bowl snacks!

This year, the Rams and the Patriots are playing in the big game, so we are serving New England Chowder Shooters and Grilled Cheese Bites next to Mini Cheeseburger Sliders. Did you know that Pasadena claims to be the first place to ever serve a cheeseburger?

We serve small snacks and apps until Super Bowl Kickoff Time, then we bring out the main course. {That makes it sound a lot fancier than it actually is} After half time, we bring out the sweet treats and dessert foods.

Ground Beef

Cheese

Mini Rolls

Butter

Garlic

These mini sliders are so delicious and easy to make!

Mini Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Beef
1 package 24 Mini Slider Rolls
8-10 Slices Cheese
1/2 Stick Butter
1 tsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350*
Press ground beef into 2 large thin patties, and cook on griddle or frying pan until fully cooked.
Slice rolls open, and place bottoms into a casserole dish.
Melt garlic and butter together, and brush on to the bottoms of the rolls.
Place cooked beef on top of garlic brushed rolls.
Cover beef with cheese.
Top with roll tops.
Brush with remaining garlic butter.
Bake at 350* for approx. 5 min; or until cheese has melted.
Use a pizza wheel to separate burgers and serve.
