Caramel Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies. It should come as no surprise that we all love Caramel Cream candies in the house…we also love chocolate chip cookies. So, this weekend when we were enjoying our cold snap, I made a quick batch of Caramel Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies, and omgosh, they were so darn good!
We enjoyed our cookies with hot cocoa and Christmas movies, but we will be enjoying them in the future with or without hot cocoa, I can promise you that!
I am a busy mom, and I rarely have time to whip up a batch of homemade cookies, so I always have a tub of chocolate chip cookie dough in the fridge. You could totally use homemade dough though.
Scoop out a ball of cookie dough and flatten it in your hand.
Press a Caramel Cream Candy into the dough, and wrap the dough around the Caramel Cream.
Roll into a ball, and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for two minutes longer than package directions. Enjoy!
