My niece and nephew are going to summer camp at their school, but I wanted to give them a fun little treat to break up the routine of school and summer camp at school. So, I thought it would be neat to fill a little metal beach bucket with some summer fun treats they can enjoy after camp or even at camp. And, I love the way their summer fun bucket turned out!
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional.
Gift Basket Ideas
My niece and nephew are local, so I love to drop off buckets of goodies and treats for them from time to time.
My nephew loves basketball, so I dropped off this March Madness Party Basket to him this year! And, this Movie Night Gift Basket is the perfect gift all year long!
DIY Summer Fun Bucket
I wanted to the kids summer buckets to be useful beyond the summer, so I found some red metal buckets that they can use to hold treasures in their rooms. This bucket on Amazon is similar to what I used.
Then, I found some adorable beach ball sips cups, kids sunscreen, summer candy, glow sticks, and freezer pops to put in the bucket for the kids. But, I will probably pick up a gift card for them to get ice cream or a kids meal too before I drop them off.
I tried to keep everything in the same color family as the beach ball cups, which was actually pretty easy! And, I cannot wait to surprise the kids with their buckets of summer fun!
