Free Valentine’s Day Unicorn SVG

As a mama of four teenage boys, my interaction with little girls is limited to my niece and some of her little friends. But, I do know for sure that my niece and her friends LOVE unicorns. So, I am sharing this Valentine’s Day Unicorn SVG FREE!!

Valentines Presents

I thought it would be fun to make a sweet little pastel colored unicorn for my niece. Then, I thought it would be even better to make a little unicorn tote bag and shirt to give her for Valentine’s Day.

Unicorn SVG Files

So, I did what any good aunt and blogger would do, and I made an adorable Unicorn SVG file. And, I cannot tell you how much I love this little cut file! I am going to add this Unicorn Valentine Printable Card to her bag and add some candy and her shirt!

I feel like unicorns are a perennial favorite for little girls. So, it makes sense that my niece and all of her little friends love them.

I remember making wooden unicorns to paint with my dad when I was younger. We traced my My Little Pony Dolls on a piece of 2-by scrap lumber. Then, I added a little unicorn horn to the horse before my dad used his scroll saw to cut it out. After it was cut out, we would sand it. Finally, I painted my unicorn.

Iron On Vinyl – I love the look of the Water Color Patterned Iron On for this project.

EasyPress 2 or EasyPress Mini

Tote Bag or T-Shirt

Step 1:

Download the cut file, and upload it to Cricut Design Space.

Step 2:

Once the image in Design Space, size it to fit your shirt or bag. Then, send the file to cut. Don’t forget to put the Iron On on the cutting mat shiny side down, and mirror your cut. (Although for this image, it doesn’t really matter if you forget to mirror the cut)

Step 3:

Cut each layer, and remove the excess Iron On.

Step 4:

Preheat your EasyPress 2 or EasyPress Mini according to Cricut’s recommended heat settings. Then, warm up your shirt or tote bag before applying the first layer of Iron On. Apply each layer of Iron On.
