Welcome Spring Printable Party Set

Last year, with my artistic son’s help, I made a set of adorable Welcome Spring printables. I love the little bird and flowers he drew. The printables are so bright and happy, they are perfect for any Spring event!

I set up this little party for my guys and their friends for our Spring gardening day. It was a sweet way to encourage them to work in the garden.

I made cookies and cupcakes, and had lots of bottles of water available for the kiddos. The cupcakes were wrapped in the free printable wrappers and topped with the free printable 2″ rounds. I added an IKEA frame with a 4×6 print in it to the cake plate to add a little height to the table. The cookies were frosted with left over cupcake frosting and topped with Wilton decorative sheets. Water bottles were wrapped in the water bottle wrappers. A plastic apothecary jar was filled with pink and blue SweetWorks gum balls. And, I made little felt birds to match the printables with my Sizzix. {You can see the DIY here}

I made little goodie bags for the kiddos using left over felt bags I had from a party several years ago. I simply filled them with seeds, gloves, and a few pieces of candy. Once they were filled, I used a tiny clothes pin to attach the free printable thank you tag.
