Family Friendly 4th of July

Family Friendly 4th of July.  We are so excited to host our annual 4th of July celebration this summer!  Our outdoor party space is amazing, our pool is crystal clear, and the grass is thick and lush.  And, while all of that is important, decor is also super important!  I am lucky enough to have a great relationship with Oriental Trading Company, and they graciously sent me a bunch of fun decor and favors for our party.Our family loves to eat hot dogs and burgers on the 4th, and my kids (and I) love our Nostalgia Electrics Hot Dog Cart.  The hubs moved the grill to the grass for burgers and I put the hot dog cart and snow cone cart on the deck.  The kids are so excited to see them both out there for our summer parties! The vintage milk cooler has been on the deck since we finished it, and it is absolutely perfect out there.  Fun popcorn style boxes from Oriental Trading Company were filled with yummy treats, Jet Puffed Marshmallows, and Iced Cookies.  Instead of a cake, we typically serve a traditional apple pie.  

Several metal buckets will be filled with fireworks, festive candies, and party favors from Oriental Trading Company.

Since there are 6 kids in the immediate family, not including friends, I always like to order a variety of games…although, when my hubby saw this box of games, even he perked up a little bit! We will have a can toss, a coin toss, giant Jenga, tic tac toe, and corn hole games, plus the pool, and a slip and slide.   But, the pool will be the big draw with the oversized patriotic eagle, and mini beach balls.  

We are so ready for the 4th, I am about to start a countdown chain for the party!
