STEM Day with Ann Williams Group. I recently discovered Ann Williams Group, and I kinda fell in love. My kids love to build and craft all day long. And I love to let them! Ann Williams Group graciously sent me several boxed activity sets for a review, and I decided to use them for a STEM/STEAM day. STEAM includes art, and I am a firm believer in encouraging artistic creativity. Before our STEAM Day with our friends, I opened the boxes and set them up on the table. I added scissors, and some extra rolls of tape for the kids, since we were going to have about 7 kids over to create that day. I was THRILLED to see the kids get so excited about our activities!
They all built and rebuilt and traded creations. My youngest loves robots, so that was what he built, but one of my other boys created a new species. Since he is in middle school, I asked him to write up a little something about his new bird species too.
As the party ended, we bagged up the left over supplies and sent the kiddos home with mini Ann Williams Group kits to continue creating at home.
My kids have already asked for more kits…I think I may order them a subscription. They even have kits for adults!
