I wanted to keep the decorations simple, so I used a plumeria garland from Oriental Trading Company to create a balloon garland. I added beautiful Cricut Party Foil leaves for an added layer. I hung this over the table and used it as a backdrop. In front of the table, I hung colorful leis as a table skirt and added decor piece.
I also went simple with the food, and served a store bought cake, fresh fruit, and mixed drinks. Virgin drinks were served in adorable pineapple plastic tumblers from Oriental Trading Company. Frozen Blue Hawaiians were made with my Margaritaville Mixer and served in fun ceramic Tiki cups, also from Oriental Trading.
Because, we are all moms, I decided to have small favor pineapple treats for the girls to take home to their kiddos. I filled them with pineapple bubbles and fruit candies. I added a little Mahalo tag to each pineapple with baker’s twine and put them in a rustic metal basket next to the table. I will be sharing the free printable tags on the blog this week.
