We are in our sixth week? of our Safer at Home period, and I am going a little stir crazy, so I have been keeping myself busy by making all.the.things. And, since it’s May, it’s time for me to pull out all of my Memorial Day and Fourth of July decorations. But, if you know me, you know I want to change up my decorations each year. So, I am sharing this F*R*E*E SVG so you can make your own Easy Patriotic Decor too!

Americana Home Decor

My birthday is near the Fourth of July, so I grew up with red, white and blue birthday cakes topped with sparklers. I am super patriotic, I love American History, and I love to decorate my house with Americana style decor for the Summer. The more vintage, the better. Check out this All American Shirt DIY I shared last year. It’s still one of my favorite shirts!

So, I typically pull out the red gingham pillow covers, and a few more patriotic pillow covers (like this Stars and Stripes SVG I put on a pillow cover) for the couch and our bed in May and leave them out until August. Then, I change it a little for Labor Day before we switch over to Fall decor.

Easy Patriotic Decor

We are knee deep in a few big-ish home projects right now, so when I wanted to change out the decor my poor hubby groaned. And when I wasn’t happy with the old stuff, I groaned, LOL!

So, I ordered a few blank pillow covers and made new SVG Files for them. And, the great thing about this file is, it would be great on a sign or even a shirt for Fourth of July!
