Simple Monogramed Glasses with Cricut. We will be out of town for Mother’s Day weekend, so we celebrated with our moms this past weekend. When our moms come to the house, they always want a mimosa, but they also always mix up glasses…so, I used my Cricut and made monogrammed glasses for our moms. This project took me just a few minutes to make, and I love the end result! I want to monogram all the things now. I purchased a pineapple SVG file from ETSY, and used a program in Adobe InDesign to create the monograms. From start to finish, including weeding the vinyl, it took just 5 minutes to make each glass.
Supplies:
Pineapple Cut File
Monogram Cut File
Stemless Glass
Open Cricut Design Space and upload the cut files. Size the files to fit your needs, and send it to cut. Mine were 2.5″ tall and just over 1.25″ wide total. Weed the vinyl, and use transfer tape to apply the bottom of the pineapple to the glass, then add the top, and finally, add the monogram in the middle.
Now, you’re ready to enjoy your mimosas in your own glasses!!
We made pineapple and pineapple cream mimosas.
