When I was a little girl, summer was when I was allowed to drink my weight in root beer floats. I loved and still do love an ice cold root beer float. But, every now and then, I like to kick it up a notch and make myself a delicious root beer cocktail.
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional.
Summer Cocktails
I don’t drink every day, I don’t even drink every week. But, I do typically prefer a mixed drink. And, if I am mixing them, I generally like tequila, bourbon, and rum the most. However, there are a few drinks that just taste better with vodka too.
Some of my very favorite cocktails have been shared on the blog. These are a few of my Summer favorites though.
Root Beer Cocktail
This is hands down one of my very favorite cocktails. It’s got all the feels of warm childhood memories, with a splash of adult kick mixed in. And, it is so easy to make this yummy hard root beer float!
