My son loves cranberry flavored everything. Chocolate covered cranberries, cranberry juice, you name it, he loves it. So, he was SUPER excited to see the Sprite with Cranberry commercials this holiday season, and he was SUPER disappointed that we couldn’t actually find any in the stores to buy for him. Bless his heart, he thought Santa might have been able to pull of some magic, and was a tad disappointed that the jolly old man had as little luck as we did. 

So, in order to help make my little cranberry lover a little more cheerful, I whipped up some cranberry syrup (find the recipe here) and we mixed it with Sprite. We mixed a tablespoon of cranberry syrup with 12 oz of Sprite. You could add more or less depending on your preference too. If you’re not able to find fresh cranberries, you could substitute it with cranberry juice too. 

For a fun and festive touch, you could freeze fresh cranberries in ice too! 

This would be delicious as a cocktail as well, just add a jigger of vodka and stir.
