Homemade Peeps Recipe

Homemade Peeps Recipe. I am not a huge fan of Peeps…I know, I said it…My boys, however, are! But, they also love my homemade marshmallows. So, when I saw this cute little bunny silicone mold at Walmart, and pretty sugar in the Dollar Spot at Target, I knew I could make homemade peeps!

I use Alton Brown’s marshmallow recipe, though I tinker with the flavor by using homemade vanilla extract with different types of liquor. (Bourbon is my FAVORITE).

I followed the recipe, and poured part of the fluff into the bunny mold. Once the marshmallows set, I carefully popped them out of the mold, and tossed them in the colored sugar.
