Party Planning Checklist
I get asked all the time how to prepare for a party. When should invitations be sent? When should the cake and food be ordered? Where do I keep it all organized. Well friends, I have created a comprehensive party planning checklist printable package, and it can be embellished with DIY stickers!

Party Planning Checklist Printable Package
I wanted to create a cohesive printable package, so I started with a hand painted watercolor canvas. I used Martha Stewart’s acrylic craft paint, and watered it down to make a water color like image. Once I was happy with my canvas, I scanned it and used it as the background and color inspiration for the printable package. I made a calendar, a party planning checklist, a menu planner (that can also be used as a weekly menu planner), and a blank note page. A standard three hole punch punched holes in each sheet, then I put them in a pretty one inch binder. I also added a few letter sized envelopes to the binder. They are perfect for holding receipts, extra stickers, and other small items you should hang on to.
Embellish the Party Checklist
Once I finished the printables, I fired up my Martha Stewart Cricut and cut out the cutest calendar and party embellishments! This was my favorite part of the whole project! I found all the text and images I wanted in Martha’s cartridges for Cricut Design Space. I chose the ones I loved, and sized them to no more than one inch wide and 3/4 inch tall (to fit the calendar). After I sized all of the designs, I flattened them and sent them to print, then cut. I used a Xyron Sticker Maker to make my images stickers, but you could easily print then cut them from Cricut Sticker Paper or Printable Vinyl.
Party Planner Checklist Supplies:
Step 1:
Open this cut file. If you want to add more images, select the image, size it to fit, and flatten it. This will make the cut file a print then cut file.
Step 2:
Print the designs, and prepare the cutting mat.
Step 3:
Send the images to cut. While they are cutting, print the party planner and place them in the binder.

Choose your party theme, and get working on the perfect party for your loved ones!
