Blueberry Scone Gift Idea. We just had a major hurricane roll through Florida, and I am a nervous baker…so, I baked. I baked all.the.things. all weekend long. Then, I had too many baked goods, and I thought I would share my goodies with our neighbors that were also working hard to keep their homes safe. But, when I give treats, I need tags…and, I am the living version of the poem If You Give a Mom a Muffin.
I thought I would share the free printables that Pineapple Paper Co. made for me, and my secret “recipe” for delicious scones.
To make the perfect scone, you need to run to World Market and buy Sticky Fingers Bakery Scones mixes and a scone pan. Then, when you are ready for amazing scones, you grease that pan, and add water to the mix as directed. But, then, you need to add some fresh blueberries, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. Bake as directed, and enjoy!
I packaged them up in little wooden berry baskets from Oriental Trading Company and delivered them to the neighbors.
