Simple Patriotic Party Favors. I love hosting parties and giving fun favors that everyone will enjoy…I also always want the favors to match the party theme.
This year for our annual Memorial Day BBQ I decided to have the favors do a little double duty. They are party favors and place settings, with a bottle of Coca-Cola for the guests to drink {Of course I will have more than one bottle for everyone, but I try to limit how many Cokes my boys have in a day} These party favors are SUPER easy to throw together and cost just a couple of dollars.

Patriotic Bucket {Target Dollar Spot}
Patriotic Top {Target Dollar Spot}
Patriotic Straws {Target Dollar Spot}

Coca Cola Bottles
To make pinwheels, cut this file with your Cricut. Then, fold every other corner to the center, and secure with Xyron Mega Runner Adhesive. Apply adhesive to the back of the star with the Xyron Mega Runner and place the star in the middle of the pinwheel. Finally, add a line of adhesive to the back of the pinwheel and stick it on to the front of the bucket.
Tie a straw to the bottle of Coca Cola with ribbon, and place in the bucket. Add the small flag, and top {or other fun toy} and place on the plates at the picnic or dining table.

Our favorite summertime activity is camping! These cute pinwheel clad buckets would be perfect on our campsite table! Love pinwheels!! Oh, and the Xyron Mega Runner has got to be way better than my headache inducing Scotch tape runner! 😉
