When I think of Summer, I think of pool baths, late nights, riding bikes, and endless popsicles. When the boys were younger I think they ate two cases of freeze pops a week. So, this sweet little Summer Popsicle Party holds a special place in my heart.

Summer Parties
I have a Summer birthday, so I tend to prefer Summer parties. And, I have shared so many over the years. Some of my favorites are this Surf’s Up Pool Party, these Mermaid Party Ideas, and this Patriotic Lobster Bake Party.
Summer Popsicle Party
I was able to use The Traveling Tap‘s adorable new ice cream bike for several shoots recently. I could have styled a dozen more parties with it if I had had the time. However, I did style over a half a dozen parties as it was!
For this Summer Popsicle Party, I wanted a more vintage vibe. I used The Traveling Tap’s large market umbrella for shade, then I added a sweet little fabric banner and over-sized popsicle cut outs to decorate the front of the cart.
On top of the cart’s ice cream cooler I added fresh flowers, a cake, and, of course fresh fruit popsicles. I opened each popsicle and placed them in a vintage enamel bowl full of ice. This makes it easier for guests to grab and go without having to worry about finding the trash for the wrapper. Small treat bowls and plates were perfect for serving slices of cake and macarons. Plus, they matched the banner perfectly.
This party could easily be replicated with or without an adorable ice cream bike.
If you enjoyed this sweet Summer Popsicle Party, you will love these party ideas too!
