Donut You Know How Much I Love This Valentine?
Donut You Know How Much I Love This Valentine? I recently cut out a lot of sugar and starches in my diet…fries were never safe with me, but over the last few month, I just stopped eating them. Cookies are ok, but only 1/2 one, please. I don’t know what changed, but suddenly, I just didn’t want to eat them any more…However, donuts still have all of my love. We have a few really great donut shops around me, and let’s just say it’s good that I am not a morning person, and the donut shops are so good they sell out before 10-11am typically.
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional. These commissions help to keep the rest of my content free, so thank you!
I am not the only donut lover in the family, we all love a good donut, so it’s never a surprise when the boys ask to take donuts for a class treat. Sometimes they take them for their birthdays, or other holiday celebrations. This year, my youngest son asked to bring in donuts for Valentine’s Day. Luckily for him, Pineapple Paper Co. has created a few donut Valentine’s Day cards for the shop, so, I was quick to say yes to his request!
I picked up a few packages of cello bags and baker’s twine {but ribbon is great too}, and I printed the Valentine’s Day cards on cardstock. Now, I just have to get the boy to write his name on the cards and grab a few dozen donuts for his classmates next week.
I’ve already pre-ordered the donuts, that way I am sure to have exactly what we want. After we pick them up, I will package them in cello bags. Then, we just have to tie the ribbon and tags onto the bags, and we are ready to share some sweet love to the boy’s class!
