I recently had the opportunity to work with a few of my favorite local businesses. And, I am super excited to show you all of the fun shoots I worked on with them. This adorable Patriotic Ice Cream Bike shoot is the first of many.
This review is based strictly on my opinion. Others may have a different opinion or experience with the product listed above. I was provided the sample free of charge by the company or PR agency and I provided my honest opinion. No other type of compensation was received for this review.
Patriotic Party
My birthday is just four days before the 4th of July, so my birthday parties were almost always red, white, and blue. For a short time, I thought the fireworks were a celebration just for me, LOL. And, before I was married, I was enlisted in the ARMY. So, patriotic parties and even home decor make my heart smile.
But, these are a few of my favorites over the years.
Patriotic Ice Cream Bike
This darling vintage style ice cream bike is from The Traveling Tap. I’ve worked with them before, and I truly love them! If you are not local to the Tampa Bay Area, you could build an ice cream cart. (Check out this Ice Cream Party post for inspiration.)
Of course I have LOADS of red, white, and blue decor, but I was THRILLED to be able to include some adorable decor pieces from Nook and Cranny to this party!
I used a door hanger in front of one of the bike wheels, and it was perfect. Then, I stacked vintage Coca Cola crates on the back of the trike.
I draped bunting and beads across the ice cream cooler to break up the blank space. Then, I added more tiered tray decor pieces from Nook and Cranny on the top of the ice cream cooler.
Of course we had red white and blue popsicles. But, we also had a white cake decorated with fresh raspberries and blueberries. And, a summer party wouldn’t be complete without fresh watermelon and 8oz bottles of Coca Cola!
If you liked this darling Patriotic Ice Cream Bike post, you will love these posts too!
