Spooky Halloween Drink
Spooky Halloween Drink. I love holidays…all of them! I truly get just as excited now as an adult as I did when I was a child.
Growing up, my mom went out of her way to make every holiday memorable and special. And I have tried to do the same with my own kids. Even though they are all middle school age and older now, they still ask me to make spooky drinks or creepy foods for them like I did when they were younger.
One of their favorite Halloween drinks is bloody Sprite. It’s literally just Sprite and grenadine syrup, but they love it! I’ve made it by drizzling grenadine down the sides of a glass, and with grenadine ice cubes. But this year, Pineapple Paper Co. and I filled test tubes from Martha Stewart’s Celebration line from Michaels with grenadine syrup and let the kids create their own spooky drinks!
We loved the test tubes and boxes to hold the tubes, but we wanted to make them fit our party table a little better. To do this, we trimmed the boxes down, and assembled them inside out. Next, we filled each test tube a little more than half way with grenadine syrup.

Now, the kids were ready to make their custom spooky drink mix!
So easy and fun, and something the kids will remember for years to come!
