Monogrammed Can Coozie DIY
Monogrammed Can Coozie DIY. We recently took a trip from Florida to Boston, it’s a little more than 20 hours of driving each way, and we couldn’t and wouldn’t stop for drinks every time we are thirsty, and we didn’t have access to ice for every drink we wanted to sip on along the way. In an effort to help keep our drinks cooler a little longer, and keep our cup holders dry, I decided to make some cute custom can coozies for everyone.
I love them so much! They kinda match the shirts I made for our trip too, I just used Cricut Patterned Iron On for the coozies!
To make your own can coozies, you will need:
Open the Design Space cut file and verify that it fits your can coozie. Search monogram cartridges and add your letters. Edit the letters to fit your name, and size it to fit inside the sliced circle in the middle of the crab.
If you are using two colors, cut the Iron On now, don’t forget to cut shiny side down, and mirror the cut.
If you are only using one color, move the monogram to the circle and attach it to the crab, then send the image to cut.
Once the image is cut, weed it, and place it on the can coozie where you want it. Place the coozie on the EasyPress Mat, and cover the coozie and Iron On with the Protective Sheet and press according to Cricut’s recommended heat and time settings.
