Maple Bourbon Candied Bacon
Delicious and savory Maple Bourbon Candied Bacon
Ingredients
- 5 Pieces thick sliced good quality bacon
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 TBS Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 OZ Bourbon
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350*
Cut bacon in half and place on baking pan.
Mix brown sugar, syrup, and bourbon until sugar dissolves {microwave if necessary}
Liberally brush bacon with brown sugar mixture
Place in oven and cook for approx 20 min.
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack.
Save the drippings in a glass jar for infused liquor recipe.
