Turkey Cheese Slider. I love turkey sandwiches…like any kind of turkey sandwich. I also love Thanksgiving dinner and hate that I really only enjoy it one day out of the year…but, I got smart, and I made the best turkey sandwich I have ever had this week!

I was stuck at home without the car, and I was hungry, but I was also so.sick.of.the.same.food. I had a left over potato roll in the pantry, some thick sliced turkey, some Laughing Cow Asiago Cheese, and a handful of Craisins. I did not have any mayo…so, I got creative and made myself a sandwich…holy cow, I loved it so much, I asked the hubs to get more rolls from the store so we could make them for dinner.
