Luau Party

Luau Party by The Party Designers . The unofficial end of summer is upon us this weekend, fall is starting to show up all around us, Pumpkin Spice, cooler evenings…but, hang on to summer for just a few more days, and enjoy this Luau!

The Party Designers:

This party was such a fun party to plan and style. The party took place at a gorgeous beach home in Connecticut. The scenery couldn’t have been more perfect for our Luau Surf theme.

As guests entered the party they were greeted by Hawaiian leis, sunglasses, flower bracelets, Hibiscus flower hair clips and tattoos. A palm tree balloon creations accompanied by an adorable little monkey (holding a 4) was also present in the entrance to the party.

One main area that we focused on was the photo opportunity backdrop. We constructed the frame work with a beach scene setter, added ALOHA foil letter balloons and a little grass fringe. We added some fun props such as grass skirts, Hawaiian sunglasses, inflatable surf boards, Ukuleles, hats and more! The guests had a blast posing for the camera.

The dessert table was another focal point of the party. We styled the table with a bamboo backdrop, tissue paper Hibiscus flowers, grass fringe, surf boards and candy! The cake helped to put the finishing touches on our dessert table, along with the candy coated cake pops. We added our Happy Birthday Ben banner to the backdrop as well.
