Breakfast Yumosa

When Posh Dollz Parties sent me the Breakfast Spa party for the Spring 2014 issue of Everyday Party Magazine, I was blown away!  I loved the whole party so much (I wish I could have gone).  She served the girls fun breakfast foods and juices, but she also served them Yumosas.  A non-alcoholic kid friendly version of a mimosa.

 

For the Breakfast Spa Party, she used orange sherbet and sparkling apple cider.  Simply scoop a spoonful of sherbet in a glass of your choice, and pour sparkling cider over it.

I have tried several variations of this recipe with my sons since I saw the original.  My boys love fresh fruit and Sprite or sparkling grape juice in their yumosas!

You can really make this drink in so many varieties to suite your child’s (or your own) tastes.

I have seen sherbet punch with ginger ale too.
