Simple Tropical Vase. I love a five minute DIY that packs a lot of punch…and this is definitely one! Plus, it is literally so easy, a pre-school child could do it!
Supplies:
Inexpensive Vase
Temporary Tattoos
Wet Paper Towel
Begin by washing the vase. I used an inexpensive glass vase from the Dollar Tree, and I cleaned it with window cleaner. I wanted a semi-symetrical pattern, so I used scotch tape to mark the vase, washi tape would have been better, but I used what was close. Now, I was ready to apply the temporary tattoos. I applied them like you do on skin, but left the paper backing on the tattoo for about 25 seconds before I peeled it off. Once I applied all the tattoos where I wanted them, I removed the tape, and filled the jar with tropical candy!
This was by far the most simple DIY I have done in a long time, but I love the finished result! See the full Luau Party here, the DIY balloon garland here, the free printable tags here.
