It’s Shark Week and I am here for it! I truly love Shark Week, it is one of my favorite weeks of the summer. And coincidentally it could be the reason I won’t go past my knees in the ocean or gulf. None the less, I love to watch sharks glide through the ocean on TV. And, you cannot come to my house and leave without a treat of some kind. So, I used this simple Shark Party Favor Idea and made a few bags for this kids.
If you decide to make a purchase through my links, I will be paid a small commission for it. This doesn’t cost you anything additional.
We typically have a flick and float night for Shark Week. The kids splash around in the pool, and we play a shark movie or stream Shark Week on the projector. Last year it was just us, you can check out this post to see more Parties at Home – Shark Party.
However, one year we loaded up the decorations and supplies and had our Shark Week Party at the Beach!
Shark Party Favor Idea
Since my own kids are “too old” to indulge me in party fun, I only gathered a few supplies to make shark party favors for the younger kids. I got nearly everything at a local dollar store, but I will link similar items on Amazon if you don’t want to shop in a store.
- Small Favor Bags
- Shark Note Pads
- Plastic Shark Toys
- Shark Popsicle Holders (Check out this post for the FREE files for those popsicle holders)
- Freeze Pop Popsicles
Gather all of your supplies. And, if you want to decorate your popsicle holders, this Free Shark Sublimation Image post shows exactly how to do that!
The bags I used were too cheap to press an image on to them without melting, so I just left them as I bought them. but, I did add an image to the popsicle holders. Then, I slide a popsicle into the holder, and filled the bag with the shark goodies I picked up.
You could add a Shark Party Printable to the bag too if you want!
