Peanuts Halloween Party

I recently had the opportunity to style a fun Halloween party for Oriental Trading Company. It’s perfect for class parties, kids’ parties, Halloween parties, or even a fun alternative to trick or treating on Halloween night! Growing up, I loved watching It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. So, when I was given the chance to style a Halloween party, I jumped on it! And, I am so in love with this sweet Peanuts Halloween Party!

Kids Halloween Parties

As a former teacher, and a mom of four, I loved hosting parties for the kids. But, Halloween parties were always my favorite.

This darling Hocus Pocus Kids Halloween Party is definitely one of my favorites! I love the movie, and I cannot wait to see the new one.

Peanuts Party Supplies

Growing up, it wasn’t really Halloween until we watched It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. So, I was really excited to style this party. The first thing I did was use my projector (I found it on Amazon) to create a life-size Linus and Sally in the pumpkin patch on a large sheet of plywood.

Once I had that, I bought the rest of the party supplies from Oriental Trading Company. I loved everything they had, but I tried to limit my purchases to items that my mom and sister could reuse for their classroom celebrations.

I ordered some fun games that are perfect for any age. I also ordered treat boxes and several non-candy treats. I did have some lollipops like Linus had in the show. Then, I bought some rocks from the local landscape place too.

I also ordered plates, and napkins for the party table. But, I bought Peanuts Halloween fabric from the fabric store. It was the perfect, cost effective table cloth for our small folding table.

You can’t have a Great Pumpkin party without a ton of pumpkins and Fall leaves. Thankfully, Oriental Trading had so many pumpkins!

Peanuts Halloween Party

Finally, I was ready to style this party. The first thing I did was set up the snack table. I covered it with the peanuts fabric, and added a Fall leaf garland to the table. Then, I added plates, napkins, treat boxes, Charlie Brown’s rocks, and some foam pumpkins to the table.

After the table was set up, I filled baskets with treats Charlie Brown and the whole gang would love. Next, I set up the plywood backdrop and added foam pumpkins and more Fall leaf garlands around them.
