Every time we visit Disney, my kids ask to have their food in a “boat”! So I knew I needed to have Disney like food trays for our Disney Side at Home Celebration.
I am lucky enough to be a part of the Sizzix Design Team, so I made that little machine work this week!
I started with the Sizzix ScoreBoards L Die-Loaf Pan and my Sizzix Big Shot.
I got 12″x12″ paper on sale at Michael’s this week for 4/$1, and I was able to make two “boats” per sheet! I used Zots glue dots to glue the edges together. This was literally so easy, my 9 year old son helped me make half of the boats!
I embellished the “boats” with Mickey Mouse Silhouettes I cut out using my Cricut. To add a little more dimension, I used 3-D foam adhesive squares to attach the silhouettes to the “boats”
I used my Sizzix to create popcorn boxes too! They were made using the Sizzix Movers & Shapers L Die – Sweet Treat Bag. I used my Xyron sticker maker to turn the Mickey Mouse Silhouettes into stickers and simply stuck them on the yellow bags. SO EASY!
