Simple Thanksgiving Napkin DIY with Xyron
Simple Thanksgiving Napkin DIY with Xyron. With Thanksgiving looming on the horizon, I am desperately trying to get my ducks in a row, and maybe even be a little prepared before the holiday arrives. As soon as I saw the darling papers from Graphic45, I knew I would use them on our Thanksgiving table!
I have several sets of inexpensive linen napkins, they are neutral and match nearly any table or theme…but, because they are neutral, they can be…a little boring. I want our Thanksgiving table to be a little more dressed this year, so I thought I could cut a few sheets of the Little Women papers from Graphic45 into two inch strips and wrap it around a folded napkin.
You will just need a few things to make your own Thanksgiving napkin wrappers:
Napkins {Paper or Linen is fine}
Silverware
Greenery
Begin by precutting your papers into 12″x2″ strips. Cut one strip of paper for each napkin.
Next press and fold your napkins. I chose a simple pocket style fold to place directly on top of the plates.
Fold a strip of paper around the napkin, and secure with adhesive from the Mega Runner.
Now, if you are pre-folding all of your napkins, you can set them aside until Thanksgiving. If it’s the night before Thanksgiving and you’re feverishly trying to get it all done {I’ll be right there with you, promise}, slide your silverware into the pocket, and embellish with greenery.
This couldn’t be much easier to do, and I am thrilled to be able to have custom napkin wraps!
