Peach Bellini Recipe

Peach Bellini recipe.  Yesterday, I shared my Mother’s Day celebration.  I served simple desserts and DIY Peach Bellinis.  They are as simple to make as they are delicious! 

I set up my acrylic serving tray from Zazzle with a bowl of peach ice cubes and stemless glass ware, so my mom, sister, and I could make our own Bellinis to our tastes.  (Sometimes I add a sheet of tissue paper or card stock to the bottom of the serving tray for effortless cleanup or to match the party theme) 

[yumprint-recipe id=’47’]These were so simple, and since the peach ice cubes were small, everyone could add as little or as much peach flavor to their drinks as they wanted.  I had a lot of peach ice cubes left over (I may have over made them) so, I added them to a glass of Sprite for my kiddos and they LOVED it!
