Simple Seafood Bake
Simple Seafood Bake. Y’all this summer has been all about the beach, and seafood dinners at my house. We have walked so many miles along our beautiful Gulf Shores, and even along the stunning Northeastern Atlantic Coasts. I am not a let’s go to the beach and play in the water, or sit on the sand kind of girl, I prefer to walk the coast line and watch the waves crash and coquinas dig back into the sand. My boys love to walk ahead of my husband and I and splash in the shallow waters…and with all that walking, the family works up quite an appetite.
The guys all really love seafood. Seafood and pasta, seafood on the grill, fried fish, grilled fish, you name it, they want to eat it! But, hands down their favorite this summer has been the seafood bake. They are so very excited to have it again this weekend for our Labor Day Party.
This is seriously one of the easiest recipes to make, and the prep time is as little as about 10 minutes!
