Refrigerator Pickles
Since we have been home from our vacation, I have been in the kitchen making all the food. My body just needed homemade food after two weeks of traveling. But, one of the snacks I really loved on our trip was dill pickle chips. They were a great snack alternative for me. But, at just about two dollars for a bag, they are not all that affordable for everyday snacking. So, I set out to make my own dill pickles. And, I made the most delicious refrigerator pickles EVER!
