Hogs and Kisses Valentine’s Day Treat. My nephew loves a good pun, and he always gets a little sparkle in his eyes when he hears one…so, I try my best to come up with holiday class treats that will make him smile. All of the kids I know are really into stuffed animals right now, especially small ones…I’m not sure why…but…

When I was checking out what Oriental Trading Company had for Valentine’s Day treats, I saw these funny little stuffed pigs. {A little back story, my Dad’s sister married a farmer, and many of their kids have now grown up to be farmers too. My dad and sister visited the farms when my sister was younger and she fell.in.love. with a little piglet. Like, we were SURE she was going to smuggle that little piglet home on the plane…she didn’t but she will still talk about it from time to time} I KNEW these were the Valentine’s Day treats for my nephew. They come with little tags on them already that say Hogs & Kisses, but I wanted to make a bigger tag for them so my nephew could write his name on the back.

I printed up the tags, punched a small hole with my hole punch, and tied the tags on with a little ribbon. Super easy, and totally punny!

I saw my nephew at our Winter Wonderland party, and I asked if he saw the pig valentines…he looked at me a little confused, but when I said I sent Hogs and Kisses home for him to give his classmates, the giggles erupted and he couldn’t stop smiling!
